That's it for today. We will see you soon. For now it's bye bye.
David Wiese: That was a great performance from the boys. We assessed the conditions really well. Nice to win the toss and that helps. Good team performance. Everyone is enjoying their cricket and just play with that freedom. You can really tense up chasing such a low total but they went out and played with a free mind and that's working for us. Fortunately for me lots of the same guys were there last year as well and Roston Chase is helping me out. Lots of senior players there in the side and that makes my job easier. Thank you for your support, home leg was amazing and good to make it to the playoffs. Now we need to push and get that one or two spot which will give us the buffer to reach the final.
Nicholas Pooran: We were really happy to come to Trinidad and win 4 games. The fans came and supported us. Unfortunately we couldn't win today but happy for the fans. Really happy that we put a smile on their faces. We played 5 games in a short space of time, mentally and physically it has taken a lot out of the guys. Have to commend them for giving it all today. We can't control the result. We know where we fell short tonight and we will have a chat about it.
Tabraiz Shamsi | Player of the Match: That's true (on foretelling his coach that he'd dismiss both Pollard and Russell today), in the warm-ups, Polly is a legend of the game and he's smashing them to all parts of the ground. So I told Sammy that I'd want to take him on, he could have been destructive in the end. Tim Seifert was the one who pumped me up, he asked me to bring out the celebrations - the first was the magic celebration, second was my normal shoe one and the third was the one I went to tell Sammy - see I told you so that I would get Pollard and Russell. Can't tell you about it (on the dismissals of Pollard and Russell), we might've to face them a couple of more times this season, I will keep that trick in my cupboard.
Since this is the last game here this season, TKR thank the crowd by doing a lap of the ground.
21:54 Local Time, 01:54 GMT, 07:24 IST: The Kings now through to the playoffs. They join TKR there. The chase was an easy one. Seifert continued his good form, got the side off to an attacking start. Auguste too joined in and then was finished off by Tim David and Roston Chase. TKR did not have the score to defend and for that they needed early wickets, they got Charles but Seifert and Auguste's stand all but broke the back of the chase. TKR had won four in a row before this game at this venue and their unbeaten record has been ended by the Kings. No wonder Daren Sammy was all smiles after the winning hit. He looks so pleased as do the rest of the Kings side. Stay tuned for the post-match stuff...
Usman Tariq to Tim David, SIX, all over with a biggie. It's short on middle, Tim David goes on the back foot and pulls, just has enough to clear the leaping deep mid-wicket, he tried to catch it but it just went over. The Kings have ended TKR's winning run
Usman Tariq [2.0-0-20-1] is back into the attack
